A few years ago, my daughters and I dramatically downsized after moving back to my hometown in the Dallas suburbs. A life shift that changed how I practically and emotionally approached our space. I had to become strategic about what belonged in our home, and just as importantly, what didn’t. Letting go created room, both physically and emotionally, for what mattered most.
